What does the "NO PRICE CHANGE Guarantee" mean? It is simple, we at Stain Bros LLC guarantee that our LABOR price will NOT change this year and will reflect the 2022 pricing model.
We understand that these days price changes constantly. At Stain Bros LLC we are keeping the same labor rates from the previous years to keep the price of our services down.
Fortunately, we are able to keep the same pricing model on labor for the current 2023 year.
We are able to stay more than competitive using our stains and lumber to pass the savings to our client.

*** STAINING: same pricing for LABOR & MATERIALS from 2022
*** REPAIRS: same pricing for LABOR only. Lumber price may differ from 2022
*** COMPOSITE: same pricing for LABOR only. Composite materials may differ from 2022
Repairs & Composite: we strive to keep the same pricing model as much as we can.
Some limitations do apply: the stain and lumber for the guarantee need to be provided by Stain Bros LLC and the same stain that we have been using and know the pricing model. This does not apply to stains that the customer chooses to be used on the deck.
Limitations on lumber: this applies to Cedar and Pressure Treated lumber only, no other lumber can be guaranteed for the same pricing model.
Stain: applies to only brands Stain Bros LLC uses.
Lumber: supplied by Stain Bros LLC and our yards.
